Delete your Myzo account

Fastest path.

1. Open the Myzo parent app.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with your password. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

Send an email to privacy@getmyzo.com from the email address on your Myzo account, with the subject line: “Delete my Myzo account”.

We’ll confirm receipt within one business day and complete the deletion within 14 days. We’ll send a final confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

If you don’t have the app installed and prefer not to email, you can sign in here and trigger deletion from your browser. (Web deletion flow coming with the v1 launch.)

Until that’s live, please use Option 2 (email)— we’ll get it done the same way.

• Your parent account (email, password hash, settings)
• Every child profile in your family
• All tasks, assignments, focus sessions, grades, points, streaks, and rewards
• Any messages or nudges you’ve sent in-app
• Your subscription record (billing history is retained only as long as required for tax and accounting)

Once deletion completes, we retain only the minimum data we need to honor specific legal obligations. Specifically:

• Billing records — transaction histories required for tax and accounting. Held for the applicable retention period (typically 7 years), then deleted.
• Deletion log entry — a single record that an account with a given hashed email was deleted on a given date, so we can prove compliance if asked. No recoverable personal data.

Everything else is irreversibly removed.

Deleting your account also cancels any active Myzo subscription. If you only want to cancel the subscription while keeping your account, do that from Settings → Subscription in the parent app.
